Effects and blending brushes: Effects, Blender and Shader

For base coats, blended transitions and washes, the range includes flat brushes and some specific shapes:

  • Effects – flat brushes with soft, flexible synthetic fibres. Ideal for base coats, straight lines and washes or wet blends; they're tough enough for textures and pigments too. Available in sizes 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
  • Blender – flat brushes with an angled cut. Load paint on the edge to paint small areas precisely, then use the body of the hair to soften the stroke and blend transitions. Available in three sizes (S, M and L).
