Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.

The cut-off time for the days mentioned above is 11:00 AM.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. At this time, we do not ship to the islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

SEUR Shop to Home 24-Hour Shipping

At Mr Resin, we endeavour to process and dispatch your order within a maximum of 24 business hours following purchase confirmation. This preparation time is in addition to SEUR's delivery window, which may vary between 24 and 48 hours.

Our orders are collected Monday through Friday between 11:00 and 13:00. To ensure your order is dispatched the same day, we recommend placing your order before 13:00.

While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are subject to SEUR's operations. In exceptional circumstances, additional delays of up to 72 hours may occur.

In the event of a delivery delay, please refer to the "Delay Claims" section below, where you will find SEUR's contact details and the steps to follow in order to submit a claim.

International Shipping (Portugal and France)

We ship to Portugal and France. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

For shipments within the European Union (Portugal, France), prices include VAT (21%) and no additional customs duties apply.

Shipping to the United States (USA)

We ship to the United States via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier during checkout, based on weight, volume, and destination postcode. The exact amount will be displayed on the payment screen before you confirm your order.

Transit Time

The estimated delivery window is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, subject to DHL Express or other carrier timelines and customs clearance procedures by CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection).

Tariffs, Federal Taxes, and Sales Tax — IMPORTANT

As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated the de minimis exemption of USD 800. This means that all orders shipped to the USA are subject to tariffs and federal taxes regardless of the order value, in addition to any applicable state sales tax.

  • Import tariffs and taxes are entirely the customer's responsibility and are paid directly to DHL at the time of delivery or prior to it, in accordance with the carrier's procedures.
  • Mr Resin accepts no liability for any amounts assessed by US Customs, nor can it estimate them in advance, as they depend on the tariff classification, applicable surcharges, and CBP regulations in effect at the time of delivery.
  • The price displayed on the website does not include state sales tax. As a foreign seller with no fiscal presence in the USA, Mr Resin does not collect sales tax at checkout. If your state applies it, DHL will collect it along with any applicable tariffs.

Refusal to Pay Tariffs and Return of Package

If the customer fails to pay the tariffs and taxes required by US Customs within the timeframe established by DHL, and as a result the package is returned to origin, the following policy will apply:

  • Mr Resin will deduct from the order amount all costs arising from the incident, including:
    • The full cost of the original shipment to the USA.
    • The return-to-sender shipping cost charged by DHL.
    • Any customs, storage, or handling charges issued by DHL or customs authorities.
    • Reconditioning, restocking, or any other costs associated with returning the product to inventory.
  • In the event that the above costs exceed the order amount, no refund will be issued.
  • Any refund (where applicable) will be processed once the package has been received back at our premises and the condition of the product has been verified.

Products That Cannot Be Shipped to the USA

Due to restrictions under international air transport regulations for dangerous goods (IATA), the following products cannot be shipped to the United States:

  • Mr Resin Isopropyl Alcohol (flammable liquid, IATA Class 3).
  • Any other product classified as dangerous goods that is not eligible for international B2C air shipment.

If an order includes products that cannot be shipped to the USA, we will contact you by email to remove them before dispatch, or to cancel the order and issue a refund for the corresponding amount.

Shipping Address

It is essential that the shipping address be complete and correctly formatted in accordance with USPS standards, including:

  • The recipient's first and last name as it appears on their identity document.
  • The recipient's mobile phone number (required by DHL and CBP).
  • The recipient's email address.
  • Street address, apartment/suite number if applicable, city, state (2-letter code), and ZIP code.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause customs delays or result in the package being returned, in which case the policy described under "Refusal to Pay Tariffs and Return of Package" will apply.

Returns from the USA

Returns from the USA are accepted within the same timeframes as for all other shipments (14 days from delivery, unused product in its original condition). In such cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any tariffs or customs formalities for export from the USA or import into Spain. The refund will be issued for the value of the product, minus the original shipping costs and any expenses incurred by Mr Resin in connection with the return.

Pre-orders and Reservations

Pre-ordered products typically take 8 to 14 days to dispatch. Our priority is to deliver items as soon as they become available.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 business hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.service@mrresin.es, providing your name and order number so that we can carry out the necessary checks.

Free Shipping Order Without a Tracking Number

If you placed an order with free shipping and cannot find your tracking number or it is not updating, here is what you need to know:

  • Tracking activation time: Your tracking number may take up to 72 hours to become active from the time your order was placed.
  • Order status: Even if you do not see immediate updates, please do not worry. During this period, your order is being processed and is likely already on its way.

What should you do if you have been notified that your order was delivered but have not received it?

If you have received a delivery notification but have not yet received your parcel, please follow these steps to resolve the issue promptly:

  1. Check with your neighbours or nearby family members: It is common for the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or family member if you were not home. Ask at nearby addresses whether someone accepted it on your behalf.
  2. Confirm that the address provided is correct: Review the address you entered when placing your order. If an error was made, it is advisable to enquire at the incorrect address or visit your nearest post office, DHL, or Seur branch to locate the parcel.
  3. Check with members of your household: If the address is correct, verify whether someone at home may have collected the parcel without letting you know.
  4. Contact your nearest Seur, Correos, or DHL office: If the parcel is not at your home or with a neighbour, please get in touch with your nearest branch so they can confirm where it was delivered or assist you in tracking it.

Orders Shipped in Multiple Parcels

In some cases, orders placed with the free shipping option may be dispatched in several parcels. This is because we work with both Correos and Seur and DHL to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. Parcels may arrive at different times depending on the service used for each part of your order. To find out whether your order has been shipped in multiple parcels, please check the tracking numbers in your customer account area or in your email — the tracking number and the corresponding carrier will be specified there.

Contact and Incident Management

For any enquiry or issue related to your shipment, you must contact us through the support chat available on our website. Doing so will generate a ticket that allows us to properly track and manage your case. Our customer service team typically responds within 24 hours (on business days).

Address Changes

Orders That Have Not Yet Been Dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please send us an email at customer.service@mrresin.es or message us via the store chat, requesting the change with your new address and personal details.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, please send us an email at customer.service@mrresin.es or message us via the store chat, requesting the change with your new address and personal details. Shipping labels are managed by Shopify. Shopify requires a fee to be paid for address changes on parcels that are already in transit; this fee corresponds to the purchase price of the original shipping label.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for arranging the return using their preferred carrier. A full refund for the order will be issued, excluding any costs related to the original outbound shipping.

If the customer does not receive the parcel due to an incorrect address or a refusal of delivery, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by email at customer.service@mrresin.es. If we are not contacted to arrange an address change or return, once the parcel has been returned to our premises, the customer will be refunded the value of the product minus the shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email as soon as possible at customer.service@mrresin.es with your order number and a photograph showing the condition of the item. We handle each incident on an individual basis in order to provide you with the most satisfactory resolution.

Shipping Insurance

Orders placed at Mr Resin do not include additional shipping insurance by default, unless the customer expressly purchases it during the checkout process.

In accordance with applicable e-commerce and consumer regulations, Mr Resin shall be responsible for the order until the moment of its effective delivery to the customer.

However, by choosing not to purchase shipping insurance, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Mr Resin accepts no liability for incidents occurring after the effective delivery of the order, including theft, loss, or damage once the package has been delivered.
  • In the event of loss or damage during transit, the handling of the claim will be subject to the procedures and compensation terms established by the relevant carrier.
  • Purchasing shipping insurance provides additional coverage, expediting the replacement or compensation of the order in the event of loss or damage during transit.

Shipping insurance is optional, but recommended to ensure greater protection for your order.

Managing Delayed Orders with DHL, Correos and Seur

If your package does not arrive on time via DHL (10 business days), Correos (5 business days), or Seur (24 to 72 hours), below you will find the steps to resolve the issue. Please note that during periods of high demand, such as Black Friday and the Christmas season, shipments may experience delays.

1. Verify your shipping address

Please ensure that the address you provided with your order is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible via our store chat or by emailing us at customer.service@mrresin.es.

In the event that Correos, Seur or DHL redirects the parcel to the seller or sender, please note that Mr Resin can only amend delivery details if the issue was caused by an incorrect address entered in your order for the same postcode you originally used.

2. Check your notifications

  • Check your email inbox, including your spam folder, as well as your text messages.
  • DHL always sends a notification the day before delivery via one of these channels. From that notification, you will be able to arrange a new delivery at a time that suits you best.
  • If you cannot find the email or message, you can request a new delivery from DHL via the following link: Modify DHL Delivery.
  • For orders shipped via Correos, check the status of your package and schedule a new delivery via this link: Correos Delivery Management.

3. Check with your nearest office

If a delivery attempt is made and cannot be completed, the standard practice for Correos, Seur and DHL is to hold the package at your nearest post office or DHL/Seur delivery centre. If your tracking information confirms that a delivery attempt was made or that you could not be reached, please contact your nearest DHL, Seur or Correos office directly by phone using their respective contact numbers.

4. Delay claims

If your order is delayed beyond the timeframes established by Correos (3 business days from the stipulated delivery date) and DHL (10 days from the stipulated delivery date), all three carriers have dedicated channels through which you can file a claim directly.
