Resinitos are the points in our loyalty program. Every time you shop at Mr Resin, you earn Resinitos that you can redeem for discounts, free gifts, and other rewards.
How do I know if I have Resinitos?
Just log in to your customer account. From there you can access your Resinitos dashboard and check your current balance at any time.
How can I use my Resinitos?
Redeem them by clicking the button in the bottom right corner of the website (available on both mobile and desktop).
How can I earn more Resinitos?
Right now, you can earn Resinitos only by purchasing products in our online store.
Very soon we'll be adding new ways to earn more, like leaving reviews or referring friends… stay tuned for updates!
Do I need to create an account to earn Resinitos?
You just need a Mr Resin customer account. Once you create one, you'll automatically start earning resinitos with every purchase!
Do resin miniatures expire? How long do they last?
Yes, resinitos expire 90 days after you earn them.
Each time you make a purchase, new resinitos are added with their own 90-day validity period.
To prevent them from expiring, you can:
- Place a new order before 90 days have passed (this keeps your account active).
- Redeem them for discounts or rewards before they expire.
If your resinitos reach their expiration date without being used, they will be automatically removed from your account balance.
🔧 Important: The Resinitos program is currently in its pilot phase, so we're still fine-tuning and improving the system. This means changes may occur in how points are earned, available rewards, or even how the program works overall.
In some cases, partial or total loss of accumulated Resinitos points could also occur.
