Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.

After this period, orders enter the shipping process and can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, please contact us at customer.service@mrresin.es. For refunds on cancelled orders, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
