💧 Anycubic ABS 3.0 Water-Washable Resin – Water Cleaning and High Precision

The Anycubic ABS 3.0 Water-Washable resin is designed for a simple and safe workflow: it cleans with water only, offers low odor, low shrinkage and a stable flow thanks to its low viscosity, even in cool environments. Ideal for miniatures, functional prototypes and parts with tight fits.

🎯 Key advantages

  • Water-washable: post-processing with water; fewer chemicals and lower cost.
  • Balanced toughness: less brittle parts; suitable for light drilling/threading.
  • High precision + low shrinkage: reliable dimensions and sharp surfaces.
  • Low viscosity: fast reflow and reduced print times.
  • 405 nm compatibility: suitable for LCD/DLP 3D printers (optimal performance on Anycubic).

🔬 Typical properties

  • Elongation at break: 35–45 %
  • Viscosity (25 °C): 400–500 mPa·s
  • Hardness: 83–86 HD
  • Tensile strength: 36–46 MPa · Young's Mod.: 2000–2950 MPa
  • Flexural strength: 36–46 MPa · Flexural Mod.: 2000–2500 MPa
  • Density: 1.07–1.09 g/cm³ · DTUL: 60–65 °C
  • Wavelength: 365–405 nm

⚙️ Suggested settings

  • Layer height: 0.05 mm · Normal exposure time: 2–3 s
  • Base layers: 4–6 · Base exposure time: 25–35 s
  • Adjust light-off and Z speeds/heights according to your 3D printer (Photon Mono/M3/M5/M7, etc.).

🧼 Use and post-processing

  1. Shake well and check that the vat/platform are clean.
  2. Print using the recommended settings.
  3. Wash with water (agitation or ultrasonic) and drain.
  4. Remove supports, sand if necessary and cure fully.
Tips: work at 18–35 °C; avoid prolonged soaking; monitor intensity and time during final curing.
