🌦️ Perfect for outdoors, humidity and mechanical stress

Thanks to its resistance to moisture, mild chemicals, and high temperatures, PETG is ideal for parts exposed to outdoor conditions or constant use. From printer parts to brackets, hinges, enclosures, tools, or spare parts, this material guarantees durability without warping.

4 bobinas de filamento Anycubic colores Pantone para impresora 3D FDM - Mr Resin

🖨️ Compatible with all your FDM printers

The PETG filament for 3D printing works with most FDM printers on the market, such as Anycubic, Creality, Prusa, Bambu Lab, Artillery and many more. You only need a heated bed and good ventilation, but a closed enclosure is not required.

🎨 Color range and technical finishes

In Mr Resin you can choose from solid, translucent and special edition colors such as neon or silk effect. All our PETG filaments have a diameter of 1.75 mm, minimal tolerance and professional winding to ensure consistent, clog-free extrusion.

💪 Why choose PETG over PLA or ABS?

The PETG is more flexible than PLA and easier to print than ABS. It does not release unpleasant fumes, does not warp easily, and resists impacts, heat, and friction. It is a great step forward if you already master PLA and are looking for something more functional.

🔄 Ideal for parts that require movement or flexibility

PETG offers a unique combination of rigidity and slight elasticity, making it ideal for parts that need to bend slightly or absorb impact without breaking. From hinges to snap-fit parts, it is perfect for components that are used frequently.

🧼 Easy to maintain and store

PETG doesn't absorb as much moisture as nylon, but it's still recommended to store it in a dry place, in its sealed bag or in a container with silica gel. This way you'll maintain its performance and avoid long-term printing issues.

Frequently Asked Questions About PETG for 3D Printing

What temperature does PETG need?

  • PETG is typically printed at 230°C to 250°C, with a heated bed at 70°C – 90°C. Printing in a well-ventilated area is also recommended to prevent fume buildup and achieve a cleaner finish.

What's the difference between PETG and PLA?

  • PETG offers greater strength, flexibility, and durability than PLA. It's also more stable under heat and humidity conditions, making it ideal for functional parts and long-term use.

Is PETG easy to print?

  • Yes, although it requires more precise settings than PLA. That said, it's much easier to work with than ABS. With good bed adhesion and the right parameters, you'll get high-quality, durable prints.

Is PETG suitable for outdoor use?

  • Yes. PETG holds up well against weathering, water, and UV rays, making it a great choice for outdoor applications. If you need maximum sun resistance, ASA is worth considering as an alternative.

Can I try PETG before buying?

  • Sure. At Mr Resin, we offer 50g samples so you can experiment with this material before committing to a full spool. Perfect for validating colors or checking compatibility with your printer.
