HeyGears Heated & Pulsing Release Resin Tank for Reflex RS and RS Turbo
HeyGears calls it the Reflex RS Heated & Pulsing Release Resin Tank, and it's a 2-in-1 tank: it heats the resin on its own and, if you have the Pulsing Release Module, it also handles pulsed peeling. On the Reflex RS and the Reflex RS Turbo, it's also the only tank that works with automatic resin heating.

How Pulsing Release works
The module periodically inflates and deflates the tank film. This cycle of positive and negative pressure reduces the peel force of each layer by around 50 %. According to HeyGears, with PAS10 this means between 20 % and 60 % fewer supports and between 25 % and 54 % less contact area.
Compatibility and Pulsing Release Module

With the module: connect the Pulsing Release Module and select the module when slicing in Blueprint Studio. The Pulsing Release Module kit for Reflex RS already includes a tank like this one; this standalone tank works as a second tank or a replacement.

Without the module: in Blueprint Studio, select "No Add-on Module" and the RS will enable heating automatically.

Resins compatible with the module on the RS: HeyGears lists PARP10, PAS10, PAP10, PAWR10, PAF10 and PAU11. The water-washable resins PAWW10 and PAWW20 are not compatible with the module.
- HeyGears does not recommend using the module for models with walls of 3 mm or less.
- Not compatible with the Reflex, Reflex Turbo or the Reflex 2 series: each family has its own tank.
When to replace it or get a second one
The film and the tank don't have the same lifespan: if only the film fails, replace it with the Pulsing Release film set for Reflex RS. Replace the complete tank if the frame gets damaged or if you want one tank per resin so you don't have to keep emptying it.
Maintenance
- Check the resin before and after every print. A leftover cured fragment can tear the film when the platform lowers.
- To clean out residue, use the Resin Tank Cleaning function and the residue tool that comes with the printer. Don't pull cured resin off by hand.

Which one should you choose?
The standard Reflex RS tank is cheaper, but it doesn't heat and doesn't support the module. If you print in a cold workshop or want to try Pulsing Release later on, this is the one to get.
